The ‘hands down best ecommerce platform’ from ecommerce company Amazon, according to a survey by the tech news site Business Insider, is the ‘HAND-DROP’.

With the platform, users said they are “not afraid to spend money”.

The survey was based on more than 800 people who said they have used Amazon, and who also provided information about their shopping habits.
Only 2% of respondents reported that they had used eBay, but another 5% reported they used Shopify and 7% reported using Amazon’s own marketplace.
People said Amazon has “good support” when it comes to support and customer service.
But, there was one issue with the survey that was highlighted by one respondent: “The site has a really long wait for orders”.
Amazon did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
